Elantra columns are uniquely designed with our patent organo-silane polymerized surface that enables the column to withstand exposure to extreme pH especially in the analysis of analytes that requires pH above 9; at extreme pH chemical stability of silica is affected thus renders usage of higher pH; however, our unique polymerized organo-silane surface enables usage of pH from 1~12.5. Elantra columns that offers method condition to be flexible with pH over a pH range of 1-12.5, this flexible pH range enables the development to work at different pH levels to attain the desired best retention and resolution of analytes. Along with high pH flexibility the polymerized columns are also highly rugged and can withstand harsh pressure and temperature conditions.
Elantra high pH stability columns are available in two phases viz., CI8 & C8 two most widely used phase to start the development.
